Head Softball Coach

Coach Kibby is the head softball coach at Lansing Community College and has built one of the most consistently successful programs in the MCCAA. Under his leadership, the Stars have established a standard built on academic excellence, competitive success, and representing Lansing Community College at the local, state, and national levels.

• Career record: 422 wins, 212 losses (through the 2024 to 2025 season)

• Multiple Academic All-American Teams with cumulative team GPAs of 3.0 or higher

• MCCAA Western Conference Coach of the Year (multiple seasons)
• Programs under his leadership produced Academic All-American individual selections (2013–2021)

Coaching Background
Kibby has spent more than 13 years leading the LCC softball program, developing a culture rooted in accountability, academic standards, and sustained competitive performance. His teams have consistently competed for conference, district, and state championships while maintaining strong academic outcomes.
